Created some "cached" links for the leader board and for the favorite oppoenents table.
*Note* Using these links optional, and as always, there is no limit on how often you can update a players stats. If a link to a players page does not say "cached", then it is safe to assume that you will be directed to the applet and then to fresh stats.

Changed URL scheme, added new logo, added favicon, added "Update Player Stats" button to player page so people can update more conveniently.
